Untungnya dengan&nbsp;JTIW ini akhirnya bisa bikin sendiri deh.. Aq pake resep yang pernah dishare Mba Julie (makasih yah mba)..<br \/> Ini dia resepnya :<\/p>\n<p><strong>PISANG GORENG KREMES<\/strong><br \/> (Buku Snack Goreng Kreatif )<\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<br \/> 10 buah Pisang kepok<br \/> Minyak untuk menggoreng<br \/> Bahan Pencelup :<br \/> 100 gram Terigu protein sedang<br \/> 1\/4 sdt Garam<br \/> 1 sdm Tepung beras<br \/> 225 ml Air<br \/> 1 sdm Gula merah, disisir<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Kremesan :<br \/> 600 ml Santan cair dari 1\/2 butir kelapa<br \/> 150 gram Tepung beras<br \/> 25 gram Tepung sagu tani<br \/> 3\/4 sdt Garam<br \/> 1 Kuning telur<br \/> 1 1\/2 sdt Gula merah, disisir<\/p>\n<p>Cara membuat :<br \/> 1. Potong tipis pisang. Bentuk berjajar.<br \/> 2. Aduk bahan pencelup sampai rata. Sisihkan.<br \/> 3. Panaskan minyak goreng.<br \/> 4. Aduk bahan kremesan sampai rata. Tuang satu sendok sayur adonan kremesan ke dalam minyak panas. Biarkan kremesan naik. Kecilkan api.<br \/> 5. Kumpulkan sedikit-sedikit adonan dengan spatula kayu hingga menyatu.<br \/> 6. Celup pisang ke bahan pencelup. Letakkan di tengah adonan.
