Dan untung jtiw ini di-extend (makasih ya host n bu Fat dan kawan-kawan). Saya buatnya setengah resep, dan dicetak pakai cetakan silikon. Jadi 16 pcs. Nampaknya kalau pakai cetakan silikon ga usa dioles minyak lagi deh soalnya mudah lepas. Karamelnya kurang gosong sepertinya jadi tidak ada sensasi pahit2 karamel.<br \/> Resepnya pakai resep NCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karamel Cake <\/strong><br \/> :: Penulis : Fatmah Bahalwan <\/p>\n<p>Bahan:<br \/> 425 gr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; gula pasir<br \/> 450 ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; air panas<br \/> 180 gr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; tepung terigu<br \/> 50 gr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; tepung maizena<br \/> 8 btr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; telur ayam<br \/> 150 gr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; margarin<br \/> 2 sdt&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; soda kue<br \/> 200 ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; susu kental manis<\/p>\n<p>Cara Membuatnya:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Taruh gula pasir diatas wajan, masak diatas api hingga berwarna coklat gosong, tuangi air panas, biarkan mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat, dinginkan.<br \/> &#8211; Kocok margarin dan susu kental sampai putih, masukkan telur satu per satu, sambil tetap dikocok.
